Ashley took her first ballet class at age three and began her training at the Sarasota Ballet Academy. She continued her training at The Rock School for Dance Education and the Miami City Ballet School. She spent summers in New York training at School of American Ballet and Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School and was chosen by Justin Peck to be choreographed on. In 2011 Ashley joined Orlando Ballet’s second company and in 2013 joined Orlando Ballet’s main company. Some of her highlight roles with Orlando Ballet include: Pas de Trios in Swan Lake, Pas de Six and Moyna in Giselle, Russian Girls in Serenade (George Balanchine), Spring Fairy in Cinderella (Victoria Morgan), Tinker Bell in Peter Pan (Jorden Morris), Belle in Beauty and The Beast (Arcadian Broad), American Ballet Theatre’s Don Quixote performing Cupid and Snow Pas de Deux and Sugar Plum in the Nutcracker. She has traveled to different cities guest performing and teaching. Among those travels she participated in Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival.
She received 2nd place for a Pas de Deux at American Dance Competition in 2013 and was a finalist in YAGP New York in 2010, and Jackson IBC in 2010. Ashely is an American Ballet Theatre (ABT) ® certified teacher. This will be her tenth season with Orlando Ballet.
